Who signed Biden’s orders? GAI research director Seamus Bruner joined the Lars Larson Show to talk about news that most of the executive orders signed by President Joe Biden were signed using an autopen, including the pardons of members of his family.

The finding was made in a report done by the Heritage Foundation, a Washington-based conservative think tank. Bruner and Larson dive into the autopen scandal including the suggestion by the Trump administration that this “voids” the pardons Biden issued.

Bruner questions Biden’s mental state and notes that President Barack Obama made rare use of the autopen, as did Trump in his first term. He recalls a story told by House Speaker Mike Johnson when he asked Biden in person about an executive order banning exports of liquefied natural gas. Biden couldn’t recall doing it but, as Johnson said, his signature was on the executive order authorizing it.

Was it staff overreach? Bruner calls for probes into aides like Neera Tanden and Susan Rice to uncover who really ran the show during the Biden administration.
