Bruner highlights a specific organization, the Overseas Chinese Service Center (OCSC), that is linked to Minnesota’s Gov. Tim Walz and US Senator Amy Klobuchar through fundraisers and influence operations.
Bruner reveals connections to CCP-trained figures including Dr. Bing Wen Yan. He notes the group’s role in shipping Covid supplies to China. While harassment of dissidents is evident in New York, Minnesota’s activities lean toward espionage and propaganda. Senator Tom Cotton has pushed legislation to expel these stations based on this reporting.
