Government Accountability Institute Research Director Seamus Bruner joined John Solomon and Amanda Head on Just the News, No Noise to share what he has learned about California Democratic Sen. Adam Schiff’s alleged mortgage fraud.

Fannie Mae, a federal housing agency, sent a criminal referral to the Justice Department regarding Schiff’s ownership of a Maryland home.

President Trump on Tuesday called for California Democratic Sen. Adam Schiff to be “brought to justice” for alleged mortgage fraud. “I have always suspected Shifty Adam Schiff was a scam artist. And now I learn that Fannie Mae’s Financial Crimes Division have concluded that Adam Schiff has engaged in a sustained pattern of possible Mortgage Fraud,” Trump wrote on Truth Social.

“Since 2003, Schiff has owned homes in Maryland and Burbank, refinancing them several times along the way, and claiming both homes were his primary residence,” Bruner said. “That’s a huge no-no.”
