The next shoe to drop in the Biden investigation belongs to a man named Eric Schwerin. That’s according to investigative journalist Peter Schweizer, who appeared on Maria Bartiromo’s “Sunday Morning Futures” program on Fox News this weekend.

Schwerin was “the money guy” in Hunter Biden’s business organization, Schweizer said, and he will have “had access to not just Hunter Biden’s accounts but Joe’s as well.” Where Devon Archer was “the business guy” and the “adult in the room” for Hunter Biden’s Rosemont Seneca Partners operations, Schwerin was the guy handling the bills and receipts.

Among other things, Archer’s testimony to the House Oversight Committee revealed twenty occasions when President Joe Biden was introduced on phone calls with executives from Burisma, CEFC, and other business associates of Hunter Biden. Schweizer said Archer’s testimony was devastating, telling Bartiromo “Archer was measured and focused, and he confirmed everything… that Joe Biden was indeed ‘the product’ Hunter’s business dealings.

That means that Eric Schwerin would have been the one to handle any funds received for either Joe or Hunter from these relationships. Schwerin is expected to be called to testify to the oversight committee, chaired by Rep. James Comer (R-KY) soon.

Schweizer, president of the Government Accountability Institute (GAI), has been reporting on this story since 2017 and his 2018 book, Secret Empires, first revealed the details of Hunter Biden’s business deals with government-connected business men in China, Ukraine, Kazakhstan, Russia, and elsewhere.

“We’ve identified more than $30 million dollars that flowed to the Bidens from Chinese business interests,” Schweizer told Bartiromo. “Plus, there was more from Ukraine, Kazakhstan, Russia, and elsewhere.”

Schweizer also focused on a personal cellphone carried by Joe Biden and paid for by Hunter Biden’s business. GAI provided details about that phone to the oversight committee and Schweizer hopes those phone records will be subpoenaed if they haven’t already. “The phone bill was paid by Rosemont. We found (on Hunter Biden’s laptop) text message exchanges where Hunter complained about having to keep paying the bill for that phone” once his father left the Vice Presidency in early 2017.

Schweizer stressed out that any calls between Joe Biden and actors in Ukraine and elsewhere would likely have called that number to speak directly to Joe Biden. Journalist John Solomon, after also discovering that phone number, reported that he called the number. Joe Biden answered.

“In my mind, there’s no reason this phone should not be available to the committee,” Schweizer said. “It is the pick that unlocks everything… This phone would ultimately show that this was a business operation.” He added that one of the executives then part of Ukrainian energy company Burisma now works for the government of Volodymyr Zelenskyy. “So, I’d imagine Zelenskyy knows about all of this too.”

Bartiromo asked Schweizer why, despite these revelations and those still to come, interest from the mainstream media has remained scant. “The Biden narrative has completely collapsed,” Schweizer said. “The relationship between the Biden administration and the mainstream press has been like spouse abuse, where the abused partner makes excuses for the bad treatment they’ve gotten.”
