Seamus Bruner, director of research at the Government Accountability Institute, appeared on the Carl Bigbie Frontline program to talk about the failures of government in California to adequately prepare for, prevent, or respond to the wildfires that have ravaged thousands of homes in Los Angeles.

Appearing with Boston Herald columnist Kristen Tate, Bruner pointed out several things to the host, including that the city’s water management head makes $750,000 per year.
