Eric Eggers, Vice President of the Government Accountability Institute, joined @RedactedNews to review the 5-4 Supreme Court ruling that ordered the Trump administration to release $2 billion in USAID foreign aid that he had previously frozen via an executive order.
Eggers noted that despite the majority opinion ordering the release of the funds, a strong dissent by Justice Alito hints at grounds for future consideration by the High Court.
