GAI Vice President Eric Eggers joined Greg Kelly on Newsmax to discuss the pardon of five more Biden family members as Joe Biden was walking out of the presidential door.

The panel discussion talked about whether the blanket pardons issued by outgoing President Joe Biden, including his own son, his two brothers, his sister, and their spouses, up on additional charges. Is the blanket pardon issued by Joe Biden a tacit confession that they committed crimes? Should prosecutors pursue the matter further?

Eggers said, “They definitely should… There’s a Supreme Court ruling from 1915 which held that an acceptance of a pardon is an implicit admission of guilt. Who knows what future exposure they may have?”

He continued, “I mean, heck, “Frank Biden’s still on the hook for the million dollars he owes to a family from a 1999 car crash he was party to.”

“What’s clear is that the pardons start on that January 1st, 2014 date, the same day that Hunter Biden’s pardon began,” Eggers pointed out.

“That’s when all of the business dealings, the deal with China, the deals with Burisma, all got cranked up… The fact that it goes through today [Jan. 20] and covers the period of time when they were setting up the Biden Center, which we know Valerie Biden was integral to… What negotiations did any of those Biden family members have with foreign entities?” Eggers asked.

“Foreign money came through the Biden Center while Joe was not vice president, when he was about to run for president. What conversations did any of the Bidens have in order to get Joe Biden to agree to step down for running for reelection? That, to me, remains the key. If there was any sort of a quid pro quo, if there were any kind of talk of extortion or bribery, they would now be excused from that.” because of scope of the pardons.
