GAI President Peter Schweizer appeared on the New York Sun Podcast to discuss government corruption, DOGE’s efforts to expose waste and fraud, and China’s “disintegration warfare” against the U.S.
DOGE’s aggressive approach is correct, he said, but he has questions about future prosecution and systemic reform. Schweizer highlighted the nonprofit money laundering schemes and unchecked foreign funds going into academia, urging legal consequences for these things.
He also detailed China’s role in fentanyl, COVID, and trade. He believes Trump’s tariffs are warranted, but noted they bring substantial risks. Schweizer emphasized prosecuting figures like the family of former President Joe Biden in order to deter future malfeasance, warning that without accountability, foreign influence and corruption will persist, threatening U.S. interests.
